Spa/Salon services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve all spa/salon services. Cancellation If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour advance notice for all spa/salon services. This is a courtesy to our staff members, and allows us to better accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellations of less than 24 hours on a single service will be charged 50% of the service booked. Cancellation of less than 24 hours on multiple services and no shows will be charged 100% of the booked services price. Groups of three or more will be required to give a seven day cancellation or reschedule notice or the above fees will be initiated. |
